Stranded gas, put to work at the wellhead.

All across Texas, there are oil wells producing natural gas with no real way to sell it. No pipeline, no market, just stranded gas going to waste.

For years, operators have been turning that gas into money by running generators, producing electricity, and mining Bitcoin right at the source. We've always liked the model, but never liked how much capital the big guys needed just to get started.

So, we did it differently.

We've identified the right locations, secured gas agreements at low cost, and partnered with a team that's been building these units for years, at prices well below market. That saves us time, money, and lets us scale faster.

Now we're bringing the opportunity to you.

The Process

How it works

A vertically integrated model that converts unused energy into daily crypto income.

Wellhead to wallet — six stages, one continuous loop, all on site.

  1. 01

    Gas Extraction

    Gas comes off the well

  2. 02

    Power Generation

    Powers an onsite generator

  3. 03

    Mining Operations

Electricity runs Bitcoin miners in mobile containers

  4. 04

    Secure Storage

Bitcoin is sent to the Fund's secure wallet

  5. 05

    Operating Costs

    Operating expenses are paid

  6. 06

    Profit Distribution

Remaining profit is distributed to the fund

Rise Natural Blockchain

From build to payout — the deployment lifecycle

  1. Step 01

    Order & Build

A container is fabricated, racked with miners, and wired as a complete plug-and-play unit.

  2. Step 02

    Deploy to Gas Site

The finished unit is transported and set in place at a wellhead with stranded gas available.

  3. Step 03

    Generator Hook-Up

A CAT natural gas generator is staged, connected to the wellhead supply, and tied in.

  4. Step 04

    Config & Testing

Miners are pointed, tuned, and load-tested against cooling and exhaust before continuous run.

  5. Step 05

    24/7 Monitoring

Hashrate, temperature, and uptime are monitored around the clock, with bitcoin routed to the fund wallet.

  6. Step 06

    Monthly Operations

Operating expenses are reconciled each month, with proceeds distributed per the fund agreement.
